2. About LaraCopilot

LaraCopilot is an AI-powered Laravel assistant that helps developers build MVPs faster through smart automation and GitHub integration. The Service is provided by ViitorCloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use LaraCopilot. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful and ethical purposes.
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service.
• Not submit any harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.

5. Use of AI and Code Generation

LaraCopilot uses third-party AI services (e.g., Claude Code) to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

• Your inputs may be sent to third-party services for processing.
• The outputs are generated automatically and should be reviewed before use.
• You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs but are responsible for their usage.
• We do not store your code permanently or use it to train AI models.

6. GitHub & Third-party Integrations

If you connect your GitHub or other tools:

• You grant LaraCopilot limited access only to the necessary data for the feature to function.
• You can revoke integration access at any time.
• We do not alter your repositories without your action or consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology used in LaraCopilot remain the property of ViitorCloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without our permission.

8. Payment & Subscription

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly communicated.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
• All payments are handled securely via our payment gateway partners.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide LaraCopilot “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all code suggestions generated.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
